Seeking a direction to the respondents to extent police protection to the life and property of the petitioner and his relatives, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.

3.The petitioner is seeking police protection on the ground that the opposite parties are causing disturbance to the petitioner. On the complaint given by the petitioner, the petition enquiry in CSR No.210 of 2015 is pending before the 3rd respondent police. Hence, the respondent Police is directed to conduct enquiry by calling the opposite parties and ensure that peace is maintained in the area.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
