This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.15201 of in Crl.O.P.No.2060 of 2022 dated 11.10.2022.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.
3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
