ORDER

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the petition has been filed by the Management, M/s. Sakthi Auto Ancillary (P) Ltd, the Respondent in E.C.No.67 of 2021.

2. Learned Counsel appearing for Respondents 2 to 4 as Claimants in the E.C Petition, objects to the petition to condone the delay on the ground

that it is a delaying tactics and therefore, prayed for dismissal of the petition.

3. On a query raised by this Court whether the Appellant herein as Respondent in E.C Petition had deposited the amount, learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that a sum of Rs.12,21,990/- had been deposited on the file of ' the Joint Commissioner of Labour ', Coimbatore.

4. Considering the submission of the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the objections raised by the Respondent/Claimant, since the amount had already been deposited, there cannot be any difficulty for the Respondents to withdraw the amount, the petition in C.M.P.No.7479 of 2025 is allowed.

5. The Respondents being the Claimants are permitted to withdraw 1/3 of the amount, which had been already deposited on the file of the

Joint Commissioner of Labour, Coimbatore.

6. Registry is directed to number the Appeal if it is otherwise in order and to print the name of the learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents when the Appeal is posted before the appropriate Bench. 15-07-2025 shl Index:Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Internet:Yes
