As against the impugned award dated 26.11.2015 made in M.C.O.P. No.3 of 2013 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, (IV Additional District Judge), Ponneri at Thiruvallur District, awarding a sum of Rs.6,29,000/- as against the claim of Rs.8,00,000/- for the loss of life of the bread winner of the claimants' family, questioning the quantum of compensation, the New India Assurance Company Limited has proposed to file the appeal. But in the meanwhile, there is a delay of 3 days. 2.Learned counsel appearing for the claimants/respondents 1 to 4 has no objection in allowing this petition.

3.In view of no objection raised on the side of the claimants/respondents 1 to 4 in allowing this petition, this Court, is inclined to allow this petition.

4.Accordingly, the delay of 3 days in filing the appeal is condoned and this petition is allowed.

5.Registry is directed to number the appeal.
