Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st and 2nd Respondent to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 26.02.2019 made by petitioner and to issue necessary orders restraining the Respondents No.3 and their agents and Persons claiming through them from commissioning high rise Cellular Phone Transmission Tower in Sri Jainnagar, Kankeyam Road, Tirupur - 641 606.

Incidentally, the erection of the tower itself was under police protection provided to R6 in its capacity as a petitioner in Crl.OP.No.17835 of 2019 dated 08.07.2019.
