The petitioner has come forward with this petition to direct the respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 07.07.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that on the complaint by the Village Administrative Officer against illegal quarrying, the respondent police has registered a case in Crime No.121 of 2015 for offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 332 and 506(i) of IPC r/w Sections 379 and 430 of IPC and investigation is pending. As a counter blast, the petitioner has given the present complaint making wild allegation against the officials. On the complaint given by the petitioner, Petition Enquiry is Pending in CSR No.98 of 2015. Therefore, the respondent police is directed to complete the enquiry in CSR No.98 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible.
