This writ petition is filed seeking for a sanction of encashment of earned leave and unearned leave on private affairs and special provident fund, by considering the representation made by the petitioner dated 24-082015.
2. Learned counsel representing the petitioner is present as well as the learned counsel for Respondents 1 and 2 are also present.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner made a submission that the relief which was sought for by the petitioner were granted to the petitioner subsequent to the filing of the present writ petition, thereby the cause does not survives any more to the petitioner and the same is recorded.
