ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested for the offence under Sections 457 and 380 of I.P.C. in Cr.No.1644 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner along with the other accused had broke open the door of the defacto complainant's house and committed theft of four sovereigns of gold jewels. The petitioner is arrayed as the first accused in the case. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and that he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that there are twenty five previous cases pending against the petitioner. 5.Considering the fact that there are twenty five previous cases pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
