ORDER

Seeking a direction to restrain the second respondent from locking, sealing or demolishing the building put up at Door No.54,Thiyagaraya Road, Pondy Bazaar, T.Nagar, Chennai 600 017 till the disposal of the Appeal filed before first respondent, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent/Corporation submitted that the petitioner has filed a writ petition for similar relief in W.P.No.9072 of 2020, which was disposed of by this Court on 24.07.2020.

3. In view of the same, no further orders are required in this writ petition and the same stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
