The relief sought for in the writ petition is to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.07.2012 and to pass such further or other orders.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the writ petitioner has made several representations to the respondents to consider for granting ex-gratia payment from the year 2003 to 2008 and to regularise the service of the petitioner. It is further submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has lastly submitted a representation on 11.07.2012 to the 1st respondent and no orders have been passed till date, hence this present writ petition.

4. On the other hand, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Board has brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner's representation dated 11.07.2012 was duly considered by the respondent and rejected and the same was also communicated to 2/4

the petitioner. The learned Standing counsel has further submitted that, if the petitioner really aggrieved by the rejection order passed by the respondent, it is for the petitioner to work out his remedy before the appropriate forum.

5. In view of the submissions made by the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent that the petitioner's representation was already considered and orders passed, there is nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
