Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side as well as the learned Advocate Commissioner.

2. Learned Advocate Commissioner has filed a memo dated 20.09.2023 seeking a direction to pay a sum of Rs.50,000/- towards additional remuneration and also a sum of Rs.15,000/- towards engineer fee which has already been paid by her.

3. Considering the submissions made on either side and Advocate Commissioner, this court directs the parties to pay a sum of Rs.65,000/- (Rupees Sixty Five Thousand only) towards the additional remuneration to the learned Advocate Commissioner, in accordance with their respective shares.
