The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a directed to the respondents 1 to 3 to dispose of the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 20.01.2018. 2.The writ petitioner is now working as Assistant in the office of the 3rd respondent. He was appointed as Junior Assistant and he has cleared all the Departmental Examinations, which all are the requisite qualification for promotion. 3.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner states that the petitioner is qualified for further https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

promotion to the post of Block Development Officer(BDO). 4.The grievance of the petitioner is that his juniors were already promoted to the post of Block Development Officer(BDO) and his case is not considered without any valid reason. In this regard, the writ petitioner has submitted a representation to the respondents on 20.01.2018 and the same is yet to be considered.

5.Under these circumstances, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 20.01.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve(12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is directed to enclose the copy of the representation and all other relevant documents if any, along with the order passed in this writ petition.
