2. Learned counsel for the plaintiff is ready to pay Rs.15,000/- to the learned Advocate Commissioner.

3. Learned counsel for the defendant submitted that she has handed over the bundle to the defendant.

4. In view of the above, Registry is directed to issue notice to the defendant, returnable by 12.02.2025; print the name of both the parties in the cause-list and post the suit on 12.02.2025.
