JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) This writ appeal is directed against the order dated 14.10.2009 made in W.P.No.30674 of 2009.

2.Learned counsel appearing for the appellant would submit that despite the communication sent, there was no response from the appellant. That is the reason why it was adjourned on the last occasion.

3.The writ appeal is of the year 2010 and the award was https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

passed in the year 2006. Considering the fact that the writ appeal is pending from 2010 and there is no instruction forthcoming from the appellant, as reported by the learned counsel for the appellant, the writ appeal stands dismissed for want of instruction. However, liberty is given to the appellant to file appropriate application to restore the appeal, if so advised. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
