O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking for police protection, putting up compound wall in the petitioner's property at S.No.317/1 to an extent of 18 grounds in Bhuvaneshwari Nagar Velacherry Village, Saidapet Taluk, South Chennai Registration District and South Chennai District.

2.It is seen that the petitioner filed a suit in O.S.No.1439 of 2019 before the learned VII Assistant Judge, City Civil Judge, Chennai for permanent injunction and also obtained an Interim order of injunction in I.A.No.2 of 2019 by an order dated 11.03.2019. On the basis of the Interim order, the petitioner had lodged a complaint dated 12.03.2019 before the respondent and it is pending.

3.In view of the same, this Court is directed the respondent Police to consider the representation of the petitioner and after giving opportunities to the parties concerned and pass orders on merits in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
