When the Writ Petition was taken up for admission , i.e. 11.07.2016, this Court has not granted any interim order. Therefore, this Court is of the view that, due to efflux of time, there is no need to grant any interim order at this stage, as the same would amount to granting the relief sought for in the main Writ Petition.

Hence, the miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
