2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the appellant would submit that the appeals have been filed against the Interlocutory applications in the Arbitration case. But a final order has been passed in the Arbitration case on 12.07.2018 itself. Therefore, nothing survives in these Civil Miscellaneous Appeals for further adjudication.
3. In view of the above, this Civil Miscellaneous petitions are dismissed as infructuous.
