This petition has been filed to bring on record the respondents 2 to 5 herein as the legal representative of the deceased 1st respondent/ Kothandasamy and rank them as respondents 3 to 6 in the above Civil Revision Petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

Mr.P.Navaneetha Krishnan, learned counsel undertakes to file vakalat for the proposed respondents No. 2 to 5.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, C.M.P.No.7064 of 2022 is allowed.

Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the Civil Revision Petition.
