2. It is seen that an application in I.A.No.4 of 2024 has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to pay the arrears of rent along with interest and the same is pending. Unless and until the same is disposed of, R.L.O.P cannot be proceeded with.

3. Therefore, this Civil Revision Peititon is disposed of with a direction to the learned Rent Controller cum District Munsif, Salem to dispose of I.A.No.4 of 2024 as expeditiously as possible. No costs.
