O R D E R
The petitioner, Mr.S.Nagamani, who is presently serving as Deputy Block Development Officer (Upgraded Extension Officer) with effect from 06.08.2008, aggrieved by the proceedings issued by the second respondent on 09.02.2016 showing the petitioner as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
junior to one Saleem Khan, has submitted a representation dated 08.03.2016 to the second respondent / District Collector, which is a sequel to the previous representation dated 18.02.2016, forwarded by the third respondent / Block Development Officer through proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A3/317/2016 dated 22.03.2016, where his grievance is that when his junior is enjoying the benefit of seniority, he should not be put to any embarrassment. Therefore, he sought for the relief to consider his representation forwarded to the second respondent by the third respondent.
2.Mr.S.Navaneethan, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents.
3.Considering the limited prayer made by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the matter, the second respondent / District Collector, is directed to consider the proposal sent by the third respondent on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
