This Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court on 16.08.2016 in Crl.O.P.No.17877 of 2016.

2.Today, when the matter was called, Mr.Ananda Babu, the Inspector of Police, Velachery Police Station, Chennai is present.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions, that the order dated 16.08.2016 passed by this Court in crl.O.P.No.17877 of 2016 has been complied with and regular FIR has been registered in Cr.No.2251 of 2016 on 25.10.2016 under Section 294(b) and 506(ii) of IPC against four accused.

5.The copy of the FIR has also been produced before this Court. Recording the same, the Contempt Petition is closed.
