These petitions have been filed to modify the condition 9(b) imposed by this Court, upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.Nos.5991 & 6461 of 2020 vide order dated 30.06.2020.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that though the petitions have been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.Nos.5991 & 6461 of 2020, he is not pressing for the same. Whereas, he further submitted that the petitioners are ready to comply with the order passed by this Court, thereby, he prayed that the time may be extended to comply with the order.

3. Considering the said submission, this Court is inclined to extend the time for complying with the conditional order passed by this Court.

4. Therefore, it is made clear that the time is extended for a period of two weeks from today, to comply with the condition 9(b) of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.Nos.5991 & 6461 of 2020 dated 30.06.2020. Failing which, the order of granting anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.

5. With the above direction, these Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions stand disposed of.
