ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to conduct further investigation and alter F.I.R. No.109, as per his complaint.

On the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police have registered a case in Cr. No.109 of 2018 on 22.01.2018 under Sections 323 and 506(i) IPC against Parthiban and Anand. While so, the petitioner has filed the present petition seeking a direction to the respondent to alter the F.I.R. and include higher offences.

In view of the law laid down in Shariff Ahmed and others vs. State (NCT of Delhi) [(2009) 14 SCC 184], the petitioner's prayer cannot be entertained since this Court cannot direct the Investigating Officer as to how he should conduct the investigation.
