2. This court by its order dated 23.10.2019 granted permission to the petitioner to make an appeal before the High Level Empowered Committee within a period of two weeks and thereafter, the concerned authority has passed an appropriate orders within a period of four weeks.

3. In compliance with the said order, the High Level Empowered Committee has passed GOMS.No.276/2021 dated 26.04.2021 to disburse the eligible medical claim of Rs.1,60,000/- to the petitioner.

4. In view of the above, the order of this court has complied with. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed. Appearance of the contemnor is dispensed with. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
