Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition i.e the petitioner to appear before the Hon`ble Additional District judge and presiding officer, Special court under EC and NDPS Act Cases salem instead of appearing before the respondent police in the above Crl.O.P No.22772/2021 order dated 30.11.2021.
