ORDER

This contempt petition is filed seeking to punish the respondent for the alleged non-compliance of the order made in W.P.No.11830 of 2014 dated 25.04.2014.

2. It is submitted by the learned Special Government Pleader that the respondent by the communication dated 04.12.2014 informed the petitoiner that the appeal is not pending with the respondent and it is pending with the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Government and it is under process.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would state that the respondent would have stated this information much earlier enabling the petitioner to work out his remedy.

4.
