This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents forbearing from interfering with the petitioner's peaceful possession and enjoyment of the Stage Shop No.A-1, situated in Pannerselvam Flower Market, Ramalingam Road, R.S.Road, Coimbatore2 without following the procedure established by law. 2.

The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.
