(The case has been heard through video conference) By consent, the petition to condone the delay of 1302 days in setting aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole respondent and the 2nd appellant are condoned.

Consequently, the petitions to set aside the abatement and to bring on record of the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent and the 2nd appellant are allowed on condition that the learned counsel for the appellant shall make his submissions without fail on 09.12.2020.

2. Post the matter on 09.12.2020.
