Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint dated 14.06.2016 given by the petitioner, a petition enquiry is pending with the second respondent. Under such circumstances, the second respondent is directed to proceed with the enquiry and take action in accordance with law.
