O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed, alleging willful disobedience of the order and direction passed by this Court, in W.P.No.13385 of 2016, dated 11.04.2016. 2.

It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent that as against the order passed in the Writ Petition, the respondents have preferred a Writ Appeal, and the same is pending, and the respondents have also filed Writ petition against the order passed by the Deputy Commissioner of Labour Cum Appellate Authority, under the Tamil Nadu Shops and Establishments Act, Salem, in which, Stay has been granted.

In the light of the above, this Contempt Petition stands closed. No costs.
