ORDER

(Order of the Court was delivered by The Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the impugned order passed by the DRT-II, Chennai, in O.A.No.317 of 2019, dated 13.01.2023. As against the order of the DRT-II, Chennai, there is an appeal remedy available before the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal (DRAT). Therefore, filing of this writ petition invoking extraordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is not legally maintainable. On this count, the writ petition stands dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No Costs. WMP.No.8635 of 2023 is closed.
