Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to executing the sureties in Crl.O.P.No. 6313 of 2022 order dated 21.03.2022 and pass such further or other orders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. W.CAMYLES GANDHI, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6313 of 2022 dated 21.03.2022 to execute the sureties before the concerned Court.

2. Time already granted by this Court in Crl.OP.No.6313 of 2022 dated 21.03.2022 is extended till 13.04.2022, failing which, the anticipatory bail shall stands automatically cancelled. No further extension will be granted.
