This petition has been filed to implead the Church of South India Trust Association, No.5, Whites Road, Royapettah, Chennai - 600 014 as the second respondent in the writ petition.

2. The learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that the writ petitioner has got serious objection in allowing WMP No.8761 of 2020.

3. This Court is of the considered view that this petition can be ordered without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the writ petitioner in the main writ petition. Accordingly, WMP No.8761 of 2020 is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments and post the matter on 12.03.2021.
