O R D E R

The Writ of Mandamus has been instituted to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.02.2024 and pass orders on merits.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents 4 to 6 have initiated steps to construct a temple without any permission. The petitioner also filed writ petition in WP No.13012 of 2021 and this Court directed the Authorities to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner.

3. Pursuant to the directions, the District Collector given an opportunity to the petitioner to present his case. After considering the issues, the District Collector issued 'No Objection Certificate' (NOC) subsequently to the sixth respondent to construct the temple with certain terms and conditions.

4. Based on the NOC subsequently issued by the District Collector, imposing certain terms and conditions, the relief as such sought for in the present writ petition to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner, would not arise at all.
