ORDER

The Criminal Original Petitioner has been laid for a direction to withdraw the case in Crime No.705 of 2019 from the file of 1st Respondent police station and transfer the investigation to the file of 2nd respondent police and conduct investigation afresh and file final report in accordance with law.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, Additional Public Prosecutor represented that the investigation has already been concluded and the final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Gobichettipalayam. In such view of the matter, nothing further survives in this criminal original petition. Resultantly, the criminal original petition is closed.
