[hereinafter 'Crl MP' for the sake of convenience and clarity] has been filed with a prayer to dispense with production of certified copy of impugned detention order in Tamil as served on the detenu.
2. Mr.R.Muniyapparaj, learned State Additional Public Prosecutor accepts notice on behalf of all respondents.
3. Mr.S.Silambuselvan, learned counsel on record for petitioner, adverting to support affidavit submitted that the original detention order in Tamil was not available in the documents served on the detenu. We express no opinion on this and leave open this point to be canvassed in the main HCP if so desired. Therefore, this also means all rights and contentions in this regard are preserved.
4. However, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer in the captioned Crl MP acceded to.
5. Captioned Crl MP is ordered as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
