(CR.NO.3/2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first and third Monday of every month until further orders on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.7267/2020 in Crl.OP.No.14130/2020 dated 15.12.2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.BALAKRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. K.PRABAKAR, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.14130 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Section 406 IPC, in Crime No.3 of 2020, while granting anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
