Claiming to be the owner of the property situated in Old Pimash No.341 A, New Survey No.227/8B, Kottivakkam Village, Sholinganallur Taluk, Kancheepuram District, the petitioner gave a representation to the respondents on 08.05.2015 alleging that one Prithviraj and his men are preventing the Surveyor and other officials from surveying the land. said representation has not been disposed of, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.As the representation has been pending consideration before the third respondent, the said respondent is directed to conclude the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
