The Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the District Munsif Court, Avinashi to dispose of the IA.No.499 of 2014 in OS.No.111 of 2014 expeditiously on the file of the District Munsif Court, Avinashi. For Petitioner : M/s.P.Tamilavel ORDER:

According to the revision petitioner, the respondents have filed a suit in OS.No.111 of 2014 for declaration and permanent injunction. In the aforesaid suit, the revision petitioner

has filed an application under Order 7 Rule 11 of the Civil Procedure Code to reject the plaint. The said application in IA.No.499 of 2014 has been filed in the year 2014. But the trial court has posted the matter for enquiry and the same was adjourned from time to time. Therefore, the revision petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision Petition before this Court for speedy disposal of the said application.

2. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, this Court is inclined to direct the District Munsif Court, Avinashi to dispose of the said application in IA.No.499 of 2014 in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

3. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with above direction. No costs.
