This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to measure the properties of the petitioner in Survey No:106/2B, 106/2C, 107/3A, situated at Pudhumallavadi Village, Tiruvannamalai District, by considering his representations dated 02.05.2023 and 19.07.2023. 2.

The grievance of the petitioner is that, after the demise of his father, he has been in possession and enjoyment of the above said property. But one Kasi, who is residing in the same Village, making attempts to grab the property. In this regard, the petitioner has given representations to the respondent on 02.05.2023 and 19.07.2023 and the same has not been considered by the respondents.

Considering the limited nature of the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 02.05.2023 and 19.07.2023 and pass appropriate orders, on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
