O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed by the Petitioner to direct the First Respondent to dispose the complaint dated 13.12.2017 made by the Petitioiner and cancel the election dated 09.09.2017 results of the Second Respondent.

Learned Counsel for the Second Respondent has produced the copy of the proceedings No. 15617/D2/2017 dated 20.09.2018 passed by the District Registrar of Administration (A.I.G. Cadre) by which the aforesaid complaint of the Petitioner has been disposed.

Recording the aforesaid subsequent events, nothing remains in this Writ Petition, which stands disposed as infructuous. No costs.
