ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the 2 nd & 3 rd respondents to conduct survey in the subject property and to demarcate the boundaries based on the representation made by the petitioner on 22.02.2025.

2.Heard Mr.V.Ramanareddy, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, Mr.M.R.Gokulkrishnan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 3 and Mrs.M.Jayanthi, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the 4 th respondent.

3/5 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to submit an online application to the 2 nd respondent by paying the necessary charges and by furnishing all the relevant particulars. On receipt of the same, the 2 nd and 3 rd respondents shall act upon the same on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of online application from the petitioner.
