ORDER
This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for the violation and disobedience of the order https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ passed in Crl.O.P.No.17063 of 2017, dated 15.09.2017.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, Mr.R.Vijayaragavan, The Inspector of Police, Crime Branch, CCB-I, Vepery, Chennai/respondent is personally present before this Court and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's complaint has been enquired and closed on 27.07.2018.
3.Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the contempt petition stands closed with a liberty to the petitioner to challenge the closure report in accordance with law.
