The Criminal Revision is filed against the order passed by the II Additional District Judge at Ranipet in C.A.No.11/2019, dated 05.11.2020 confirming the Judgment passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Arakkonam, Vellore District in S.T.C.No.860/2017, dated 24.04.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Revision Case. To that effect, he has made an endorsement in the case bundle.

3. Recording the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal revision case is dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
