( Criminal Jurisdiction ) Friday, the Ninth day of April Two Thousand Twenty One PRESENT The Hon`ble Mr Justice M.DHANDAPANI CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.4584 of 2021 IN CRL OP.3363/2021 MANIKANDAN [ PETITIONER ] Vs STATE REP BY [ RESPONDENT ] THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, KILKODUNGALORE POLICE STATION, THIRUVANNAMALAI DISTRICT (CR.NO.113/2015) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions that the petitioner shall report before the committal court viz, Special court for exclusive trial cases under POCSO Act, Thiruvannamalai, on all working days without fail until further order of this Honble court dated 22.02.2021 in Crl.OP.NO.3363/2021 in Cr.No.113 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.E.PARTHIBAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. K.PRABAKAR, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3363 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A), 376 of IPC r/w Section 4 and 8 of POCSO Act and Section 9 of Child Marriage Act in Crime No.113 of 2015, while granting anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, once in a week for interrogation on receipt of summons.
