This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to investigate the case in Crime No.283 of 2013 and to file a final report against the accused.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation in Crime No.283 of 2013 was completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Poonamallee, on 29.06.2016.

Recording the same, this petition is closed.
