This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that there is a money dispute between the petitioner and the counter party. Therefore, it is civil in nature. The respondent police has no role to play in this matter.
4. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
