(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The grievance of the petitioner is against the fifth respondent / the Village Panchayat President on account of a proposal to erect electricity poles on what is stated to be 'Chandran Voikkal' (Candran Canal) comprised in Survey No.16, situate in Sivayam Village, Chidambarak Taluk, Cuddalore District.

2.Learned Additional Government Pleader states that he has obtained instructions that there is no proposal now to install any such electric poles.
