This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents not to measure the land morefully disclosed in the prayer to this Writ Petition since an application in I.A.No.1 of 2025 in O.S.No.196 of 2019 pertaining to the very same property is pending on the file of the Sub Court, Panruti. Based on the 4th respondent's request, the respondents 2 and 3 are proceeding to survey the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this Writ Petition. 2.Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3.

3.The grievance of the petitioner in this Writ Petition is that since the Civil Suit is pending in O.S.No.196 of 2019 on the file of the Sub Court, Panruti, pertaining to the very same property, the 2nd and 3rd respondents cannot survey the land.

4.Instead of raising objections before the respondents 2 and 3, the

petitioner has directly filed this Writ Petition. Necessarily, the respondents 2 and 3 will have to consider the petitioner's objections as raised in this Writ Petition and only thereafter, proceed with the survey and demarcation of boundaries deducted based on the request of the 4th respondent. Since no adverse orders are passed in this Writ Petition against the 4th respondent, notice to the 4th respondent is dispensed with by this Court. 5.For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of, by directing the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the objections of the petitioner namely the pendency of the application in I.A.No.1 of 2025 in O.S.No.196 of 2019 on the file of the Sub Court, Panruti, pertaining to the very same property and only after considering the said objections, the respondents 2 and 3 shall proceed with the survey and demarcation of boundary of the property based on the request made by the 4th respondent.

6.With the aforesaid direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
