ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Counsel sought leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal.

2. Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.10358 of 2025

is closed.

3. W.M.P.No.10356 of 2025 filed to permit petitioners to file a single writ petition is ordered, subject to payment of separate court-fees. Additional court-fees shall be paid before the end of this week, failing which, the liberty granted in this order shall stand revoked without further reference to the court.

We clarify we have not made any observation on the merits of the matter.
